I only had to contact a member of the team for after hours check in, to get the code for the key lock box. The member was friendly and easy to speak with and gave the information I needed before I even asked. It was emailed to me prior to my call.

I absolutely loved the place! Beautiful place, most comfortable beds I've ever used at any hotel or home rental. House was fully stocked.the price of the stay was very reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about this stay at all. We will definitely be makeing it a regular place to stay. Oh one negative is check out time could be a tad bit later but it is the typical checkout time for most places. So not really a negative just a preference to be able to stay till at least noon. Lol! I like to sleep in on vacation.

This property is wonderful for big family get togethers. I first thought the kitchen would be too small but we cooked for 20 people everyday for a week. The only thing I woud change is the refrigerator, it is small. Property has wonderful views, large bedrooms and pleanty of room to spread out with wonderful decks.

Rick and Team were super communicative and professional throughout the process and replied quickly to an email I sent them. They made everything very easy!

The Sea Oats Cottage is a spectacular property setup with all the amenities you could ever want for a family and is just steps from the beach. What more could you ask for?! Well definitely be back next year for our annual Ocean Shores trip!

It was a very easy process checking in and out. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

We often stay at the Nautilus when we visit Ocean Shores. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet and it was nice to have the dark curtains in the bedroom. The weather was warm when we were there so it was good that a fan was available. This was the first time staying in this unit and we'll stay there again if available. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming at the check in facility. It helped make our stay comfortable and worry free.

We love the cabin! It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our beloved fur baby, our dog Orcs. The mermaid theme was right up my alley. The bed was so comfy. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the location was so close within walking distance to stunning Damon Point. We'll definitely be back!

We stay here every year. The location and proximity to the beach are excellent. Far enough out of town to be away from whatever is going on there, close enough for a quick jaunt down the highway or beach for shopping and dining. The house itself is well equipped and very relaxing.

We have stayed at the Aqua Marine house a few times and we were finally able to bring the grandchildren this time. What a wonderful time we had, being seconds from the ocean beach was incredible. To watch the sunset every night was amazing! I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys a complete ocean experience!
