Description
This home is over 2200 Sqare feet. It will comfortably sleep 14 and has parking for 8 cars. The home offers 3 bedrooms and an open loft, 4 full bathrooms plus a half bath. The house was designed with family gatherings in mind. The main floor living room has a large 49'' smart TV, NO DVD PLAYER, WiFi through out the home. The kitchen, dining room and great room are all one open space. The views fo the water and Mount Rainier are breathtaking. Watch the Sunrise and ships come in the harbor on the huge covered deck off of the great room. It is just a short walk to Agate Beach where you can find agates and see the snowy owl during their resting season. This is the local's favorite beach.
The master is on the second floor off of the kitchen and has a king size bed and it's own bath.
The open loft is on the 3rd floor and has 1 sets of twin bunk beds and 3 twin beds sleeping 6 and it has a half bath.
The guest room on the mail floor has a queen size bed.
There is a wheelchair accessible bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room on the main floor has a pull out sofa sleeper as well.
Dogs are welcome . The fee is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This is a seperate fee and is not collected on AirBnb bookings. You must make arrangements with the booking office to pay pet fee's.

Nice woman at office. But wi-fi password on instruction sheet incorrect.

Loved the house. Will book again.
Some comments - loft needs curtains or shades.
Outside, downstairs fish cleaning sink needs drain pipe. Ended up soaking wet knees down
Need non-slip stuff on entrance ramp for wet days.
Need TV control info for us non-techy folks.

We booked the house online through VRBO and had a very quick response confirming the booking with all the information needed for the weekend. Picking up the key was simple with a warm greeting from the representative.

We had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for our whole family. The grandkids loved the loft with the bunk beds! Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and the number of bathrooms was amazing! The home was warm and inviting, clean and a wonderful place for a large family get together.

We did not locate your property on a website but instead stopped by the rental office during a separate visit to Ocean Shores and expressed a need for a particular home that would accommodate 3 married couples, one single adult and 3 children that was also dog friendly. They immediately suggested your home. The transaction process was efficient and the staff were pleasant and easy to work with.

Oh and one more item - a dimmer switch for the overhead lights on the main floor would create a wonderful ambiance during the nighttime hours. :)

Wonderful stay in a very nice property. Spacious and exceptionally clean. Location was perfect and and easy walk to the beach. Deer in the yard every day enthralled kids and adults alike. Will certainly stay here again.
